We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website and make purchases through authorized Southern Roots designers.
All Southern Roots furniture is custom-made to order. Orders are placed through our network of authorized interior designers and retailers.
Because each piece is crafted to your specifications — including fabric, configuration, and finish — custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review all order details carefully before confirming.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your designer will confirm the final price at the time of order placement.
Estimated production lead times are provided at time of order. These are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, including supply chain disruptions or shipping carrier delays.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations between floor samples and finished orders may occur. Fabric dye lots, leather grain patterns, and cushion fills can vary batch to batch.
Residential Delivery. Southern Roots furniture is shipped via white-glove delivery services to your home. Delivery includes placement in your room of choice and removal of packaging materials, unless otherwise specified by your designer.
Inspection. Please inspect all furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to your designer within 48 hours. We cannot accept damage claims submitted after this window.
Access Requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that the furniture can be moved into the desired room. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for furniture purchased from Southern Roots passes to you upon delivery and acceptance.
All custom orders are final sale. Because your furniture is made to order to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases of manufacturing defects covered by warranty.
Warranty Claims. If your furniture has a manufacturing defect, please refer to our Limited Warranty for the claims process. Warranty claims must be submitted through your authorized Southern Roots designer with proof of purchase.
Damage at Delivery. If furniture arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photographs and note it on the delivery receipt. Contact your designer within 48 hours to initiate a claim.
Floor Samples. Floor samples are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or warranty coverage.
